The staff were very helpful with information on the city and taxis. The breakfast we good and although we had a room on the 8th floor looking out behind the letters of the hotel, it was a corner room so that made up for the partial view.

The outside door keypad was terrible. We had to use the call system to get in which took sometime. I would not have booked there if I had known there was no on-site host/desk. I did like the convenient location and the on-site free parking.
